2, How to care my wig?
It is recommended that you reseal your knots each time you wash your wig, this will help to prevent the hair shedding.
When washing it, you must gradually wet the hair down and brush it gently before you completely wash the hair. If the hair is very dry and a lot of water is added at once, it will swell up like sponge and tangle!
Do not brush or comb any curly or wavy hair wigs as it will cause it to tangle and knot.
Please do not color, perm, or do any extra chemical processes because it has already been treated
Make sure you brush the hair often and apply some leave-in conditioners to make the hair soft and moist.

4, How to measure my head?
The Circumference of the Head:
Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck.
From Forehead to Nape of Neck:
Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck. Note: Place the tape measure about 1/2 inch in front of your hairline in the front of forehead while taking the measure to the back of your Nape (neck) about 1/2 inch below your hairline in the back. Keeping in mind that your cap is glued to the outside perimeter of your natural hairline on your skin.
Ear to Ear Across Front Hairline:
At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear.
From Ear to Ear Over Top of Head:
Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear.
Point to Point:
From temple to temple across the back of head. (Average measurement is 14.5 inches). Note: Place the tape measure about 1/2 inch in front of your hairline at the temple to temple point on each side of your head. Keeping in mind that your cap is glued to the outside perimeter of your natural hairline in this area as well
Nape of Neck:
Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.
5, What density is suitable for me?
Here is some info about hair density for your reference.
A 50% and 60% is ¡° extra light ¡°, it looks natural at the hairline on a lace with bleached knots.
B 70% and 90% is ¡° light ¡° density, like real hair.
C 100% Í·130% is medium density, most of ladies like their wigs medium density,
D 140% to 160% is ¡° heavy ¡° density .That is a good choice if you want the hair look full.
E 170% to190% is ¡° very heavy¡± density, it is just for the lady who wants her hair very full.
6, May I send the wigs back for exchange if I don¡¯t like the wig I received?
if you are unhappy with your Wig for any reason, simply let us know and we¡¯ll replace your wig no questions asked. You can even exchange it for a different hair style and length for a small fee. The unit cannot be altered in any way---don¡¯t wear, style, cut, wash and glue.
7, What¡¯s your repair policy?
We will repair the wigs free of charge if it is our quality problem. For the wigs that need add hair on it, we charge $35. If the hair is tangled or the lace is torn after long time wearing,, the repair for these problem is free of charge also. We are always here to serve you the best! |
