- (2), How to care my wig?
- It is recommended that you reseal your knots each time you wash your wig, this will help to prevent the hair shedding.
- When washing it, you must gradually wet the hair down and brush it gently before you completely wash the hair. If the hair is very dry and a lot of water is added at once, it will swell up like sponge and tangle!
- Do not brush or comb any curly or wavy hair wigs as it will cause it to tangle and knot.
- Please do not color, perm, or do any extra chemical processes because it has already been treated
- Make sure you brush the hair often and apply some leave-in conditioners to make the hair soft and moist.

- (3), What density is suitable for me?
- Here is some info about hair density for your reference.
- A 50% and 60% is ¡° extra light ¡°, it looks natural at the hairline on a lace with bleached knots.
B 70% and 90% is ¡° light ¡° density, like real hair.
C 100% to 130% is medium density, most of ladies like their wigs medium density,
D 140% to 160% is ¡° heavy ¡° density .That is a good choice if you want the hair look full.
E 170% to190% is ¡° very heavy¡± density, it is just for the lady who wants her hair very full.

- (4), May I send the wigs back for exchange if I don¡¯t like the wig I received?
- If you are unhappy with your Best Wig for any reason, simply let us know and we¡¯ll replace your wig no questions asked. You can even exchange it for a different hair style and length for a small fee. The unit cannot be altered in any way---don¡¯t wear, style, cut, wash and glue.

- (5), What do I do with excess lace on my wig?
- You will trim the excess lace back to the line where the hair starts. You will trim the lace as close to the hairline as possible without cutting any of the wig hair. Cut the lace back a little bit at a time until you are comfortable.

- (7), How to care hair extensions?
- Hair Care products
- Use good name brand products, Jane Carter Solution, Mixed-Chicks, Pantene or Keracare are highly recommended. Use a good (leave-in) conditioner to keep your hair soft. Dont over do it. Too much conditioner or any other hair care product can cause a build up and tangling. Avoid hair products that contain alcohol. Alcohol makes hair dry. Ask your stylist what would be the best products for your hair. Chemical agents are widely used to add curl to straight hair and to loosen curls in curly hair. These products defat the scalp and permanently alter the structure of the hair. These compounds can also cause severe hair loss from over processing. Never use perms or relaxers on damaged hair. If possible, allow the hair to regrow before introducing new chemical processes.
Shampooing- When shampooing make sure your hair is not bunched up or piled on top of your head... This badly tangles hair. Instead of doing this, gently wash vertically in one direction only. Be sure to use a rather gentle shampoo and dont skimp on the quality. Dont ruin your hair and/or extensions by trying to save a couple of dollars on the super cheap stuff. Go with good reputed brands in the market. Using good quality products like shampoo, conditioners and hair gels will enhance the life your hair extension and also help them to look better. If your extensions are sewn in, you need to treat them like your own hair and take good care to comb it and slowly remove the knots and maintain the hair. After your shower, feel free to dry your hair the same way you would have dried your own natural hair. We would highly recommend an ionic dryer, as they wont damage the hair. Also use good quality straightening irons and curling rods.

Swimming & Exercise- Wash the hair immediately after swimming! When dirt and sweat accumalates, hair mattes, tangles, and becomes unmanageable. Be sure to always wear a swim cap made of latex. Carefully comb out any tangles that may be present starting from the bottom and working your way up. Once the hair has been detangled braid the hair in two braids to ensure that all of the hair is protected and tucked neatly under the cap. Following your dip, be sure to wash your hair immediately to remove any damaging chemical that may have snuck under your cap.
Sleeping- NEVER SLEEP ON WET HAIR. Make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to bed. It is also recommended to wrap your hair together or gently tie it up to prevent
tangling.
NOTE: Care for hand-tied wefts
When attaching the weft with a needle, it is recommended that you sew around the weft not through the weft. Never CUT ANY PART OF THE WEFT. These wefts are hand-tied and delicate. If they are cut, then we cannot guarantee that they will not shed. Once they are cut, we cannot consider the product for a return or exchange. -
- (8), Can I do sports or even swim with the lace wig?
- Yes you can do sports and swim with your lace front wig. If you sweat heavily, you may have to touch it up more frequently; however you should avoid heavy sweating for the first 24 hours after you apply the hair, in order to ensure that the adhesive is completely dry. Once you have allowed the application of your full lace wig or lace front wig to dry for 24 hours, you may now go swimming with it. Although its not necessary, we recommend that you use a swim cap over your hair/wig.

- (9), How long can a lace wig last?
- If properly treated; our lace wigs can last several months ¨C even up to a year. Remember that heat is hairs worst enemy, so if you blow dry or straighten the hair all the time, it will reduce the lifetime.

- Remy Queen Logistics department ship hair products worldwide every day. We send our hair products by UPS, FEDEX or DHL. It will take 2 days to deliver to USA/Canada, and 3 days to deliver to Europe for small orders.
- All Stock Products can be sent out on the day you pay. For custom orders, the production time is as follows:
